When T.S. Elliot said in the first line of his poem The Wasteland, "April is the cruelest month." He said a mouthful. It has been a challenge to say the least to get this finished. I started a new and depressing job this month, had an earthquake that shook up my computer so bad that it crashed, and remembered my mother on the anniversary of her passing. This and the WEWY contest have really kept my mind off of the bad things. I'm thankful for that. I have been obsessing over these past few contests I guess deep down, as some silly way of proving to myself that I am not a janitor. I am an artist. So thanks to all of my new and old friends for commenting and faving. Win or lose It doesn't matter. I'll keep fighting. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
